We're looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy for SpaceBay. You'll own the roadmap, define success metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritisation
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into requirements
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with product discovery and delivery frameworks
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace or two-sided platforms
  • Background in SaaS or B2B products
  • Experience with growth or experimentation
