Photographer / Account Manager (Camera)

We’re looking for a hands-on Photographer / Account Manager who’s comfortable running on-site shoots and owning day-to-day relationships with space hosts. You’ll help spaces look their best, keep content accurate, and ensure hosts feel supported from onboarding through to ongoing optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run on-site shoots for new and existing space listings
  • Capture a consistent set of images (wide, detail, amenities, access) that reflects the space accurately
  • Edit and deliver photo sets to an agreed style guide and turnaround time
  • Coordinate shoot scheduling with hosts and internal teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hosts, handling updates and requests
  • Audit listing content (photos, descriptions, amenities) and recommend improvements to increase conversion
  • Maintain a clear workflow for file naming, storage, and handover to the team
  • Provide basic guidance to hosts on preparing their space for shoots (staging, lighting, tidiness)

Requirements

  • Professional photography experience with a portfolio you can share
  • Comfortable shooting interiors (wide-angle, low-light, mixed lighting conditions)
  • Confident running shoots independently and directing simple staging on-site
  • Strong account management skills: responsive, organised, and great at building trust
  • Proficiency with photo editing tools (e.g. Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop)
  • You have your own camera and core kit suitable for interior photography
  • Ability to travel across London for on-site shoots

Nice to have

  • Experience photographing commercial spaces, hospitality, or events
  • Experience with basic video capture (short walkthrough clips)
  • Drone or exterior/location shooting experience (where permitted)
  • Experience working in marketplaces or property/venue platforms
