We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to build and nurture relationships with our venue hosts and customers. You'll be the voice of our users, drive onboarding and adoption, and help resolve issues quickly.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the customer success function
- Onboard new venue hosts and ensure smooth listing setup
- Proactively support customers and resolve issues
- Gather feedback and advocate for product improvements
- Create and maintain customer success playbooks and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with B2B or marketplace environments
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
Nice to have
- Experience with event or venue management
- Experience building a customer success team from scratch
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Intercom)
